Suck it up, Scooter, and take your medicine like a woman man

Scooter Libby could learn a thing or two from Martha Stewart. A federal judge ordered him to report to prison within weeks to begin serving a 30-month sentence after jurors found him guilty on two counts of perjury, one count of obstructing justice in a grand jury investigation, and one of making false statements to federal investigators.

The AP reports that Libby’s lawyers
“will seek an emergency order delaying the sentence.”

Oh, for pity sakes. Martha Stewart was convicted in 2004 on four counts of lying to investigators and obstruction of justice and she
started serving a five month prison term while her appeal was still pending.

Are there any real "men" in the Bush administration or just a bunch of Mommy's boys? Geesh.

I can't blame him for not wanting to go. Would you like to be a pampered bureaucrat named Scooter rubbing ...um... elbows with prison thugs? ;-)

My guess is Bush will pardon him.

Lew, Blatant Hypocricy is the republican party's middle name.

Lew,

She had no choice. Paris Hilton could learn from Martha Stewart as well. Take it with grace and come out stronger.

these jerks in the bush admin. would have to work to attain the level of momma's boys. Momma's boys are not repugnant, lying panty wastes like these guys.

I was doing some research for a piece I'm writing and I wanted to find legitimate reasons those drafted didn't serve in Vietnam (ie, real medical reasons) and the first page of websites were all reporting on the many way prominent republicans got out of serving - it was so upsetting.

The fact we haven't overthrown these fools is really depressing.

Everyone, Ronald Reagan would be ashamed of these men for acting so wimpy. Being tough and acting tough are two different things, as the public has discovered.

Courtney, you're right, it is depressing, and I bet you didn't find a legitimate reason among them.
